If you read " I140--AbilitytoPay Thread " by a member called UnitedNations, you will get some idea of why they touch approved I140s.
My understanding is, recently USCIS is started tracking all the companies Immmigration Applications history before approving any new I140 for that company. It could be that they are looking at another I140 from your company and trying to figure out the how many 140s have been approved for that company and their salary history. As part of that they might have touched. They will do this only when the companys reported profit is too low and too many 140s applied for that company.
And your I485 is approved and hope your company does not sell too many Pre-approved labours. So you should not worry tooo much about this.
But if you think there is a problem in your companys financial history, try moving to another company after six months and be safe.
This is my opinion and do not depend on this.
