Anybody has experience of going to Laguna Niguel to get FP notice?

My ND is 4/10 and wife got her FP notice one month ago but not for me. Can I just go to Laguna Niguel\'s INS office to get a FP notice?

You could try, but unless you are lucky enough to run into
a person who has the authority to make a decision (not those
IIOs who answers questions), your chance of getting one is
very slim.
