Anybody has detailed ¡°Interview¡± info ?

Got letter from INS: File transferred to local office.
My question:
1.Is this a good, or bad news ?
2.Is my company¡¯s being small the reason for interview ?
3.What "preliminary processing completed" means, means my FP good ?
4.Should I call local office for appointment, or wait for their calling me ?
5.List of document needed.
6.What will they ask ?
