Anybody Has Any Clue??????

Hi folks

I have an interview at the local INS office on March 14, 2002 for my I-485. I was wondering what type of questions do they (INS) ask? whether they can deny anybody at this interview? and if so, why? I understand that this is just the adjustment of your status and technically you are an immigrant (approved I-140) so how can they deny you?

Please share your experience or ideas.

One possible reason for denial is if you have lived and worked illegally in the US

Contact a lawyer and make sure you take every document that is relevant
