My attorney responded to my wife's and my daughter's I-485 REF, but he put them together in one package. I don't know if it is OK. So far, online information show that they recieved my daughter's Ref, but my wife's is not updated yet until now. so i am worrying about it. Anybody had same situation? Can we use one package to send several REF?

Relax and don't panic, It shouldn't be any issue, I beleive ur ATT would have use one envelope and both RFE seperatly stapled/binded along with RFE front color page, usually family RFE is replied in same envelope so don't worry much about it, also Attorneies usually attach cover letters too.
For your peace in mind you may wish to call TSC directly and talk with officer.
