I applied for my EAD on 11/03/03.
Got interim from Charlotte, NC on 02/18, valid thru Oct 17, 2004.
I received an RFE and replied to it, which INS received on 6/29.
Now, my question is,
- In case if INS doesn't approve this EAD b4e Oct 17th, can i get another interim? By that time, anyway, it would be 90 days after RFE receipt.
I am hesistant to apply for a new EAD while this pending as it may result in duplicate EAD application RFE causing both the EAD's to be stuck.
Any suggestions appreciated.
I guess, I have till July 17 to apply for a new one, to be within the 90 day mark of applying for a interim based on the new EAD on Oct 17th.
