Anybody got 8th year H-1b extension using New LC?

Does anyone know if it is feasible to change job in this case?

My 6 Year H-1b expiring on Mar. 2006, I got an offer from another company, they already obtained a 7th year H-1b extension expiring on Mar. 2007 using my LC with the current company (filed in 2002) and currently filing for a new LC using PERM. My question is if I will be able to apply for 8th year extension based on the new LC?

Any suggesion, advice and knowledge is greatly appreciated!!!

Yes, you can continue extending the H1, unless you lose your job. Sorry, no personal experience example for you.
 
Hello..

We filed for h1 transfer/extn in the 8th yr using the pendi LC filed in NYDOL. So basically I will be losing my PD OCt 2003...good or bad cant help it.as I was laid off.. for sure my LC at PBEC will be there for another year and ahalf, thats for sure..

so it is possbile. We dint even use the Philly screen shot, which I was nervous about..
