Anybody have incorrect AVM/Online message for FP?
I did early FP in Dallas on March 29. ( Scheduled FP Date was May 5)
The AMV said :
"On April 16, 2003, the results of your FP review for your 485 application to adjust to perm. Res. Status.were received and processing has resumed on your case."
A copy of the FP Notice that was mailed to my attorney was undeliverable for whatever reason and got returned to INS, so the INS sent it to me instead on April 22 .
The AVM changed to :
"On April 22, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."
So now, my status is FP SENT even though I did my FP already.
Will this affect or delay my final 485 adjucation because the INS thinks my FP is still not done?
Or, is their internal System different from the AVM & Oline status system we use?
I am worried this may cause delays in my case.
Any input guys???
