Anybody from Ohio file LC with Chicago DOL

my case (RIR) was forwarded from Ohio SESA to chicago dol on 5/30/2002, but it still pending there till now.

from there email system:

dot: 030.062.010 software engineer
state: ohio
receive reginal office: 5/30/2002

is there anybody with the similiar background and got approved by DOL? when is your final action date?

I am shcocked to know that your case is taking so long. DId you talk to your lawyer? Hope mine will be processed sooner. My case (RIR) was forwarded from Kansas SESA to chicago dol on 12/12/2002. Still pending.

Mine was sent to Chicago DOL from Ohio on 10/24/02 and certified on 1/21/03
I'm sorry to hear that your case is taking that long. You may want your lawyer to contact to them and find out what is going on.

My case is also from KANSAS forwarded to Chicago DOL December 20, 2002. Did you get any notice on your case from DOL Chicago?
