Hi, Guys:

I'm a concurrent Nov 2003 filer at NSC and still got both I140 and I485 pending. I have asked help from both the Senator office and my attorney and was told my case was under security checking. It's a long wait... I started to ask my attorney to inquiry my I140 only servral months ago, my attorney told me they contact people in NSC but had to wait for their response.

Friday I got code 3 biometrics processing notice and I went to ASC Saturday and did it. I'm wondering can anybody tell is this a good sign or just the procedure changed again? I never benefited from any new process but suffered from them.

Unfortunately I do not have an answer for you. My I-140 & I-485 (concurrent filing) are also pending at NSC since Sep 2003. It is atleast good to know that they are doing something on your case.

Quick clarification - did you mean finger priting by Biometrics ?. I assume this is your second FP. I would be interested in knowing what happens after the biometrics are taken. Please keep everyone updated because there are a few people stuck in security review. I just wanted to know if CIS is trying to clear those type of cases after doing another FP.

Forgot to answer your question. Yes, this is my 2nd full fingers print and I also did photograph, digital signature and index finger print. I guess you will receive it very soon.

Let us hope for the best and be prepared to take the worst also.
 
Yes, my I-140 is also pending. I ALWAYS stay positive and you do too. Don't ever think of nagative !

By the way, are you EB2 or EB3 ? ( I am EB3)...doesn't matter these days, because both categories are retrogressed. I am just curious

My case is probably EB3, not sure.

My LUD for I485 changed this morning to today's date, but the online message didn't.
 
Feb 5th 2004 140/485 pending

My 140/I485 is also pending since Feb 2004 it is EB3 their was LUD change
on Sep 2005 no further details. Nabrasca service center now processing
2004 Jun 1st I have no Idea what is going on. My lawyer sent a letter to USCIS to know status of I140.

My concurrent I-140 & I-485 are still pending since January 2003. I did my finger print only one time April 2003. Please keep us posted if there is any update. Thank you

Giving surprises is speciality of NSC. Is there retrogression for 140? I guess not... Then why this long wait period.

This thread is for people who filed I-140 in 2003. I hope you understand all our frustrations.

Your signature says you filed your I-140 in 2005. It's not even 2 months. Why did you post the msg here ?. Please be sensible.
 
bmt: Alright I misread the topic (as PD of 2003) but I did not know you would be THAT sensitive! I understand what you're going thru buddy but be a little forgiving of mistakes...Im gonna stay clear of this thread now.
