Interview Completed -- 07/10/06 Case Pending !!!!

make an info pass

Hi,

Make an info pass and see what is happening with your case. It has been a long time since you heared back from USCIS. You name check could have been cleared and by demanding an info pass, you forces USCIS to see what is going on with your case.

Thank you for your response i did make an infopass and they(uscis) said that it was still showing PD is retro so I showed officer that it is was not, so officer said that he is going to enquier about it wrote somekind of memo to be answered by supervisor looks like for my case no name check or anything else is pending and also officer mentioned that he may not have answere for me in a week(if i decide to make another infopass appointment). so check back after a month he said.

If I were in your boots will make an info pass every month. USCIS respond better to people who are aggresive and force them to do their jobs... If you make another info pass and get the same response, write to the Director of DO and NBC about your case... In this manner, you force the director to intervene and inquire from FBI. Do you have a Middle Eastern name?
