Anybody else with RD 6/01 or before still waiting?

I think there are lot of people. My friend's RD is May 08 2001 and still did not get any letter. Is the current approval date of May 23, 2001 a reality?
 
Some people have suggested the TSC processing date is based on ND not RD. You guys may get approved any time soon. Good luck!
