anybody did FP in Nov get approval yet?

here is a case from the board ...as a FYI......Approved within 45 days from the date of FP......This

I-485 approved
akp01 - 09:09am Dec 11, 2001 EST

Our I-485 have been approved on Dec. 10th.

RD : 4/13/01
ND : 5/22/01
FP : 11/9/01
AD : 12/10/01

Approval will be by RD not FP date.

Many of us get FP in September and early
October (I got FP on Oct 9th).

But we have to wait our turn depending on RD
date.

I agree with you Bongo .......you are right !

Remember there were times when people got there approval within 15 to 30 days of FP .

I wish and pray that those days should come back .....I hope all of us should get our approvals ASAP.

I did my FP on Nov 3rd, but INS or FBI got it on NOV 10th. So it is like giving FP on Nov 10th.

My ND is March 14th 2001. According to your theory my case should be assigned to the officer. I have checked the AVM on Saturday i will check the AVM to night and let U guys.
