In your case, I seriously doubt even a re-entry permit can save your green card. Almost certainly, the officer put a warning in your file in their computer system during your previous entry attempt. I'll be surprised if another trip so soon is acceptable to entry officers, as re-entry permit does not guarentee the preservation of residence.
