Anybody approved after 08/05/2003 revceived approval notice

Finally approved and finally logged on.
It was really a long ride, finally almost there.
Rd: 1/7/02
Nd: 1/22/02
1st fp: 3/14/02
2nd fp: 7/22/03 (notice rcd: 6/28/03)
Ad: 8/11/03 (notice rcd: 8/14/03)
Started out LC from CA in 97, gave it up & moved to east coast for fast process (missed CA’s leap). Filed NIW on 4/99, RFE on 1/00, denial on 4/00, appealed. Then started LC, ad on 10/01, I140 approved in less than a month. Filed 485, and won NIW appealing 1 month later. Received CP notice, lawyer sent letter to NSC reported 485 filing. Got fp notice in a month, hoped finish in half year. Then was this long wait……
Survived 2 rounds cuts, shut down at year end, luckily found current job w/o interruption. Was expecting rfe, found out in the morning of 8/12, case was approved. Even called FBI before online checking, was told result sent back same day, but couldn’t disclose what the result is. Both mine and wife’s cases approved, kid’s case not found online & AVM. Talked to IIO, was told since 20 months haven’t gone by, please call back 1 month later.
Got all 3 notice in the mail, message for kid still the same.
7 years ride, > $12,000 admission, black hair turns to grey……

Something is terribly wrong with my approval
my approval date is 08/05/2003. My lawyer has not received any letter yet. I have already change my address , so most probably i'll not get my copy. But lawyer should have gotten that. I don't know what is happing?? Any suggestion???
