Any way to change interview date?

My interview will be end of November at US Embassy, Dhaka, Bangladesh. But, my daughter Final Exam of school will start on 23 of November and will end 1st December. I was informed by some experienced persons in Bangladesh that, US Embassy of Dhaka never change the date of interview. So please answer my question:
Is there any way to request Embassy to change my interview date? (If they change the date before 23 or after 1st Dec, my daughter can attend her exam also.)
I am also requesting members who faced this type of problem before, please add comments.

As advised by "Tazmania", I called Embassy and the operator informed me to send a email. Now, I am going to send a email. Pls add some more comments.
