Any WAC-01-10x-xxxxx cases hasn\'t been apporved yet?

I\'ve seen people with much later WAC# got their approvals, I assume their RD/ND are later, too. I thought I-485 should be processed base on RD/ND, am I right?

I have ND of 01 099 5XXXX and didn\'t even receive the FP notice. Very bad luck!
