any visas for business owners?

Hey there,

I checked the faq and other forum sections, but havent found what i need, so may be you could help me out with a tip :)

I'm currently living in Israel (Haifa) and I own an online business, which is paying good, so i don't need a job and it's all 100% online, so can be operated from any country.

I'm 21, single, and i also have a B.Sc. in computer science from a major local university.

So I'm wondering how can I move to the US, are there any special visas/green cards etc. for business owners and where can i find more info, prior to consulting with a specialist?

Hi

If you business employs 6 + people you can apply for an L 1 visa

This will enable you to get an inter company transfer so you can set up subsiderary in the USA

If you are the only employee you will not be abble to move to the US to run this company

You should get a job offer in the states and employer will sponcer you for a H1B visa
