Any updates on EB-1 cases stuck due to NC?

Hi all! I was wondering if people stuck in NC have had any updates after the new USCIS memo came out??
I called TSC this morning but since there were no available reps, the call was transferred to the main USCIS center. After taking down all my info, I asked the customer service rep regarding the memo. He was very aware of that and said that my case met all the criteria as far as being stuck in name check for 6+ months, EB-1 India being current etc for being adjudicated as per the memo. He also mentioned that I should hear something positive (either approval or interview notice) by March 10. Like everything else with USCIS, I'll take this with a pinch of salt!!

I would suggest others with EB-1 and pending name checks for 6+ months to also call up TSC/USCIS and get updates or service requests and share your experiences here.

When you count the 6+ months for the name check, when do you start? I see that yours is way over 6+month in whichever circumstances.
People submitted files a year later than yours even got approved!
I submitted my I-485 in July of 2007, but did FP in February of 2008 recently. Shall I follow up with the name check thing with TSC/USCIS 6 months after July 07 or February 08?
 
I also placed a SR last week after the new memo.

I talked with a customer rep at TSC and was told that they know about the memo, but just asked me to wait. Wouldn't say anything more than that...
 
They weren't even aware of the memo

I called the main number and they weren't even aware of the memo. I think it is a mixed picture and they do not seem to have invested much in their staff - at least yet.
 
EB1-OR GC approved!

Well, Its finally done. We received our "notice to welcome Permanent resident" emails this morning. Had soft LUDs on our cases on 2/14. I think that this is a direct result of the NC memo. Its a great relief and best wishes to all. Time to celebrate President's Day:D

skvadivel, thanks. I guess we need to wait for our turn. I will call them this summer in July/August, six months after my FP. Things may be slow for us now because of the name check memo. I guess they need to process the old cases first.
