Any update on Pilot Program?

Few days ago I read many articles on Pilot Program of California on new processing of Concurrently filled I-140 & I-485 cases.

1. Is this is going to adopt by all other service centers? Including Vermont service center?
2. Is INS going to announce new priority dates?
3. How long this pilot program going to continue?
