Has anyone had their I-140 under EB-1 or EB-2 (NIW) approved from TSC lately?? Dont see much happening in this category. See quite a few labor based EB2 and EB3 approved. Cant rely on the processing dates which havent moved from Jan 19, 2006 and are a joke anyways. Wondering if TSC is not touching any EB-1/NIW cases at all??

My EB-1 was approved earlier this week. It was originally submiited at VSC in late-Jan and was transfered to TSC in April.
