Any tips while sending Packet-3

Guys,
Guide me what forms come in Packet-3 which i have to fill.i know DS-230 part-I and????
secondly,other than those forms is there any extra stuff we are asked to provide or even if NOT asked do we need to send something else like Birth certificate,PCC etc just to be safe on our side.
Any other tips while sending Packet-3.

Hi,

The only form that you return to NVC is the DS230 part I & II completed but only Part I signed along with the barcode label that they supply. This form is very nifty so you may want to prepare it from before and proof it with your lawyer, especially if you have a long career and educ. history. The rest of the docs you mentioned are submitted @ interview time.

Whatever you send do not send in any originals (unless requesed). Your attorney might want to see certain items before s/he's convinced of sending in P3.
