My I 140 was approved on 12/10/04. Same day LUD changed. Change date was 12/10/04 . There is a change on today and it says 12/13/04. No change on I 485 on both me and wife.

Your I-140 was approved on 12/10 and 12/11,12/12 are weekend days and today they posted your I-140 reciept .Thats the reason your LUD changed.
 
But there is no change in message from 12/ 10 and 12/13. It is same.

Mine both I 140 and I 485 10/29/03
