Hello Gurus,
I and my wife registered in the US(Minneapolis in 2003)...
when she held student visa, and I had GC.
Since both of us got good job offers in hometown,
we moved back to Singapore just after I got US passport(2006/11).
My wife currently have B1/B2 Visa only.
If we don't plan to move back to US in next 3~5 years,
should I apply GC for her now?(Question 1)
If I apply GC for her, and she doesn't go back for every 6 months,
will her GC be cancelled?(Question 2)
I heard IO won't tear her GC, since I can keep applying for her!
My friend is in the same situation,
and his hubby DOES NOT go back to US for every 6 months,
and has no problem to re-enter US(LAX Airport).
That's why I want to make sure that I can apply GC for my wife.
