My case was applied on August 2004. I gave my FP on April 2005. The online status tells that FP results are received and processing has resumed on the case. My PD is December 1998 which became current on December 1 2005. I made a status inquiry on December 02,2005. I didn't receive any reply so far. What are my options here? Can I open another status inquiry on January 2,2006 ? or Will I able to talk to the officer directly instead of the customer service? or Should I send expedite request? I would greatly appreciate your suggestion here.
