Yesterday, I received RFE Letter from my Attorney.
INS needs Company letter, 3 recent pay stubs & 3year tax returns
Today I am sending my details to Attorney.
I have a question here.
for 1999 & 2000 I got more salary than what mentioned in the 485 application.
but for 2001, I got only 30% of my salary mentioned in Labor. Because I was not having projects for 5 monhts.
This year I have got more than 70 % salary up to 31 Oct.
Will there be any problem with INS when I send all the papers for RFE ?
Any suggesions ?
