Does anyone know any success case for perm requested for review? My lawyer said she knew several success cases. But I don't believe her since she messed up my case for her mistakes. Thanks.
If you mean audit, I think there are several people waiting to clear audit, however there have been few in this forum who have recieved certification after being audited. Timeframes vary.

Thank you for your reply. I mean to ask any case got approved after appeal or request for review (by employer)? I know most people refilled their case instead of appeal, however, for my case the AD was out of 6 months...
