EB2 India has been stuck at Jan 08, 2003 for a while now. It was Jan-2003 in May 06. And it went "U" few months later. Then it opened in Oct-06 (at the beginning of fiscal yr) retrogressed by 1 year. Then moved to Jan 2003 in next 2 months and is stuck there. So in essence NO solid movement for 1 yr. I know ppl wud say more old labors got approved in the interim. But were figures big enough to halt PD movement to Jan03 again?
I feel frustrated for all EB3 category ppl. But would like to know why EB-2 is not moving. Are there as many applications in EB2 as there are in EB3?
Is there a way to see how many applications are in queue to process, from current priority date of a category to individual's prioirty date?
That would at least give us a feel of how long we have to wait to get out of this mess (NOT in number of months/yrs BUT Number of applications) .
