Any similar experience? (regarding FP)

Hi,
Today I called the FBI to check the status of my FPs. Our first FP were given on 08/10 and I had a notice last week that my FPs were not readable, so I gave my FP again on 10/26. When I called the FBI, they said that the FPs were sent to VSC, as I live in VA. He also said that it is usual. But my case is with CSC. Should I call CSC for further status updates? Anybody with similar experience? Also, the FBI guys didn\'t tell if the FPs were accurate. Should I call CSC for that?

a) They got the FP
b) The quality

I\'m moving to VSC territory, thankfully I got
my FP done before then, hopefully they will
be good quality.

the CSC sent the notice that FPs were unclear.
and the phone number to call FBI is 304-625-5590.
