It is not at all clear to me whether NIW petitions have the same processing date as regular EB2 petitions.
I do not recall seeing ANYTHING about a NIW petition on this board for several months. I am suspicious that NIW processing has been separated from other EB2's, and basically is not being done.
But maybe I'm wrong. Has anybody seen ANY signs of life with NIW recently? Even an RFE would be something!
