ANY SEPTEMBER 2004 Guys!!!! I485 LUD 12/29/04

Hi,

Frustrated with I485 thing.How long will it take to clear.My I 485 pending since ND 9/21/04. No LUD since 12/29/04. My lawyer made inquery 2 times by fax but no response. Dont know what to do.Any Sep 2004 guys still there with same LUD 12/29/04??

PD March 2002 (Own labor)
I140 approved april 8(04/08/2005 )
485 approved June 9th.
