Any RTD's received in less than 5 months!!

Has anyone recently received an RTD in less than 5 months after the notice date? Any posts would be appreciated.

Thanks for your advice. This is crazy though. We are practically stuck for six months out of the year, since most consulates will not issue a visa in a travel document that expires in six months. What a nightmare!!
 
I applied for RTD in October 2004 since anything happens.
RD 10/18/2004
ND 10/21/2004
in three days it will be five months I had submitted my RTD.

I thought the NSC is now working on cases with a receipt date of 10/18.

My RD is 10/19/2004. I don't remember my ND date. I was surprised to see that there has been no change on processing date for RTD applications in the past 1 1/2 months.

I called them two weeks ago because the RTD to go out of the United States to Aix en provinces ( France ) to collect data for the research purpose. I was told by the INS officier that I will receive my RTD at the end of this month. Keep on praying

Freedoms12 and Peach, could you guys please let us know when you receive your RTDs. My ND is Nov.16 so I kinda want to have an idea when I will be receiving mine since I will have to travel by Apr.20. Hopefully, I'll get it by then. Thanks for your responses anyway.
Freedoms12, which number did you call for your RTD update ?
 
They are working on my RTD now

Yesterday my “Last Updated” date changed to 03/16/2005.
Today it changed again to 03/17/2005. The status message didn’t change.
What are they doing? Reading one page of the application in a day? :D :D :D

My case status date did not change.

According to the NSC processing reports, the processing date for I-131 has not been changed for at least the past 1 1/2 months. I really don't know what are they actually doing. The report has stayed at 10/18/04. We both have the same receipt date of 10/19/04. At first I thought I would have received mine a month ago, I was so wrong. Now, I don't even know whan I am going to get it. I have a pending trip in May, I hope I am going to get it soon.
 
Peach, thats a good sign. When I received my RTD last october..that status changed and then they updated with "approved" after 2-3 days.

Mine expires on Septmber 16 and I need to travel on Sep 4th for my bday...Should i apply now and keep the old rtd?...

my status case still doesn't change. I checked online and call their 800 number. I still have the same message. However, I believe that our case will be approved before the end of this month.

I noticed that you are travelling to France. I heard that France now accepts RTDs. Do you know anything about that?

I read in this forum that French consulate now accepts RTD. I am waiting to receive my RTD then I will go to check. I will let you.
