Have anybody got RFE for 485 from officer #429. If so, could you please post your experiences? I got an RFE from this officer and have been waiting for now almost a month..

RFE Issued: 11/30/2004 (Med TB Exam)
RFE Received : 12/13/2004

Hi Akrawal,

Looks like u might be waiting on name check. I suggest u contact a congressman/senator and make an inquiry. If u or attorneu makes one they will respond saying that u need to wait for 60 days after RFE was received. Also if u choose the senator route get them to chek your name check status as well.

I checked my name status & fingerprinting and it was cleared more than year back, I dont know what else is holding it, probably I will try Senator route, if they can help me out.
