Any RFE Cases pending? RFE ND:01/22/02; RFE RD:02/02

Very strange how the AVM says. It is saying "it is taking between 30 to 60 days to process such a case but since the preliminary processing is done, there will me a written decision in 90 days" ?

Couldnt get it. If it is taking 30 - 60 days why does it say decision will be in 90 days. DOes this mean I need to wait 90 days.

My case info :

Case # WAC-02-026-xxxx ( EB2/RIR)
RD : 10/16
ND : 10/30
RFE dt: 01/22
RFE ND: 02/06

On a miserable wait......
 
I-140 RFE.................

Don\'t worry about it I was on the same situation on my I-140 and it also say 90 days after I response on my I-140(RFE) but it only took less than a month for them(INS)to decide on my case and they approved my I-140...now I\'m on my I-485 prcessing..hope this would give you some peace of mind.

To clarify your question, 30-60 days is the time frame for processing I-140 and 90 days is the time frame for making a decision on your RFE response. So like lighthouse said you may get it any time from now. For example, I got my approval within two weeks after I responded to my RFE. all the best
 
Thanks for the moral support guys. Hope it gets approved in 30 days

like Milli suggested. If I count the working days since the RFE ND, it has been 15 days by now. I hope they do it anytime now. I\'m also seeing a lot of rejections on this board. I guess it is the fallout of sep11th.

4 wks passed and still havenot gotten any notice for my 140-RFE(NIW)

I sent my RFE response on Feb 8th and got the return receipt from them stating that they received on 11th. However they havenot updated the voice message. It still says REF was sent and if you havenot received it afer 14days passed...".

Donot know what to do?
I guess wait with patience..
