Any Rfe Cases Not Approved For More Than 60 Days

frustrated frustrated, I am in the same boat with you, or even worse. My company has filed an amended/new I-140 for my I-485 RFE as the company has changed its name. It\'s been a month but no news at all. AVM was updated with received RFE but that\'s it! By the way, do you receive a new WAC# for an amended/new I-140?

Yes An amended I-140 is in queue like a new 140. MY RD is 01/31/2001 ND 2/5/2001 still waiting AVM says takes 50-60 days. Received WAC-01-097-52xxx for I-140 in the 2nd week of Feb (by Lawyer). Now that my I-140 is in the shelf looks like CSC has stopped processing 140\'s. No movement in the last 2 JIT\'s so far. I guess thats my luck at CSC, my original 140 took 13 months (approved without RFE).

I maybe out of luck then. As my company is in deep financial trouble and have waves of layoffs, I probably cannot hang on until the new I-140 approved. :

I\'m same situation.
Even I got amended I-140 approval but still no news yet.
My I-485 RD 8/2000 ND 9/5/2000
FP 11/3/2000 RFE 1/18/2001
INS received approved amended I-140 on 2/6/2001
No news yet after that.
