Hi,
Anyone sent response to RFE after 4/19/05 and got fingerprints taken, are still waiting for I-140 approval?
My attorney sent out the response to RFE 4/19/05, then I-140 LUD 4/19, 5/16, 5/17. I got my fingerprints taken 5/25, then both I-140 and I-485 LUD change to 5/25, I-485 again on 5/26. But after that, nothing. Anyone on the same boat? Please post here. Thanks.
