in the current environment obviously the most scary thing is RFE at the final stage, because of deteriorating job market and changing jobs at 485 stage and confusing laws and regulations about changing jobs.I was trying to think is there any relation between RFE and the skill set.The logic is ,is INS trying to distinguish between skills that are in demand and required for American businesses and skills that are having excessive number of people? and is INS trying to restrict the GC\'s for those people whose skillsets are not in demand.or is the INS picking the cases at random and issuing the RFE\'s(particulary those 6months pay stubs).
So those who have got RFE\'s please respond to this message stating their primary skill sets.This would be of great help to analyze the RFE\'s.
