Any recent success of FOIA? How safe getting Copies from CIS by using FOIA..

I also having hard time to get my LC and I-140 approval copies from employer and attoreny. How thing of filing FOIA with CIS (VSC) to get copies. How safe is this and Any success stories recently? Thanks for your inputs.

It will be hepful if u provide what to write on form G-639. Thanks.
