I had one LUD on 3/16, the day after I got the transfer email on 3/15. Nothing since then.

First and second day are standard pattern. I was transffered on the 15th and got a LUD on the 16th. A lot of peope on the forum got LUDs of this pattern.

It seems you are all set for a take-off, you will see an approval knocking your mail box very soon. My friend had similar situation. Was stuck since Dec 2004 in VSC in NIW. His case transferred to TSC on 8th March 2007, approved today.

Seems VSC guys were keeping his case deep inside their asses that anyone can dare to have approved it. As soon as they pooped it out to TSC, it got approved. It seems Name Check etc are excuses, they dont want to do what they are paid for.

HI,

On 03/15/07 my case was transfered from VSC to TSC and got a message:

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing.

On March 15, 2007, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.
----------
Next day ie., 03/16/07 LUD with no staus change.

Just now I got aother email from CRIS with and LUD. The message is:

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS that was transferred to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location is now pending there.

I think it would benefit all of us to post our current LUDs after transfer from VSC so that we can keep a track of all similar cases (similar to what pallu started for EB3 cases at VSC). Odd, why would the message change for some and not all? I presume the TSC has some batch process that simply goes out and flips a switch to update statuses. I guess they cannot process more than x number of cases at a time.

I did get the transfer confirmation letter in the mail early this week.
