Any recent "Interview Passed" but "Namecheck pending"?

Just wanted to figure out if there are any recent cases where citizenship interview was cleared but person was told that their name is still in "name check" procedure.

I read on this forum somewhere that "Now" interview letters are not issued unless name check process is complete.

I wanted to verify this using this forum.
