Any recent FP notices from VSC?

Friends,

Any of you received FP notices from VSC of late. Seems there is a pause.

Also, does receiving FP notices depends on district office OR service center?

Received FP notice from VSC/local DO last week

Yes, we applied for our citizenship last month (PD of 5th April), received the FP notice on 1st May, and completed our FP on 5th May. Hope this helps.

For everyone : Does service center decides the dates of sending FP ntoice or it dpends on local District office?

The FP notice depends on the workload at the DO, but it also depends on when your name checks are done. It seems that they are not following any logical progression. Sometimes it seems that they wait for the check before doing FP, sometimes after, and sometimes they do the interview before the name check is done. It is an unpredictable process.
