Has anybody got EAD Approvals Recently.Please post your details like RD and approval date so that we will have the idea of the time frame.

Just got the email at yestoday 4:00pm, my 2nd EAD got approval at 22nd Nov.
my RD is 7th Sept. (1st EAD will expire at 15th Dec !) now wait the mail for EAD card.

check the EAD Thread in this forum you may get more info. let's have more patience
in those holiday seasons.

I e-filed mine on 8/24 and could only get the FP/Photo appointment at the Col-OH office for 10/8 and was approved on 10/19 and got the card a week later.

Hope your 485 gets approved soon ... I can understand how you feel seeing all those 02,03 and even 04 filers getting approved.

Are EADs and APs being approved simultaneously? I filed mine on Sept 20th.
The reason I ask is, APs are tending to take longer times to be approved.

Yes, AP is taking more time than EAD.
I applied EAD and AP for my spouse on Aug 16, got EAD approved on Oct 18th and AP on Nov 16th.

It seems AP is taking around 3 months these days..

3rd EAD Approved

Hi :

3rd EAD RD: Sep-3-2004
AD: Nov 19-2004

Got the card on Nov 24th (self and spouse), however the interesting point was, Our 2nd EAD expires on Mar 2005. The 3rd EAD has Start date as Nov 15-2004 and end date as Nov-15-2005.

When we applied for 2nd EAD it started at the expiry date of our 1st EAD..

Why this sudden change ????...should I be concerned about this ?

chinnipappu ! There is no concern except that you lost part of EAD fee for early validity.

RD is what I mentioned in there 9/27
