is there any one out there who has recently been approved for 485 by the Texas USCIS? Trying to figure out if they are still issuing GCs or they are out of them.
Am a dependent waiting for approval primary got his GC in dec 2004
We had applied together in mar 2004 and mine was stuck due to name check not having been cleared by FBI which is now done. also have replied to RFE sent out for status check...in aug 2005 but nothing after that too
