Fellows,
Have been checking the USCIS website for a couple of days and today the status for my I140 stated that the case has been approved on March 11.

The RFE was for evidence that the company can pay my salary and the company replied by providing the Tax returns for the previous year.

Other than these RFE or rare lucky approvals
Other than these RFE or rare lucky approvals the regular processing is very very slow or at a standstill. The news sometime back was that once the H1 quota has been filled resources would be diverted from that to I140 processing but that's not happened yet I think.
