Any recent approval of I-140 under EB1 from NSC?

EB1(a) approved according to AVM

I checked AVM today that my case EB1(a) was approved on 09/30/2002. But it's not updated online. Is this strange? Any one has the same situation?

These are the details:
EB1(a) at NSC
RD: 04/08/2002
AD: 09/30/2002 on AVM ???

Will wait to see.

I am so happy to hear that your EB1(a) has been approved, which means they are working on EB1 now. Congratulations! I guess internet is not updated as often as AVM. So just wait for your good news.

My receipt date is 3/14/2002 for EB1-OR. I checked the website this morning and it only said "received". I stopped checking the AVM ever since the online service became available, but maybe I will try the AVM tonight if people think the website is updated less frequently. Glad to hear an EB1 has been approved.
 
My case is updated online

I checked my case online today. It was updated with the same message as AVM. So my case is approved on 09/30/200.
