Any Recent AP experiences at Chicago?

I am leaving for India in December via Swiss Air. Does anyone have any recent AP experiences from Chicago? Can you please let me know what documents I need to take and what to expect upon reentry to the US?

You may need transit visa

U may need transit visa to travel ( check the airline and country consulate that you are travelling/passing). Regarding AP, there would be no problems. At Chicago POE, the immigration officer will call you and you give your PP and AP. She/HE will ask if the I-485 petition is EB or FB based. Then she will put a stamp on all AP's and make a copy of AP for the records and will give back the AP's to you.
