AP Approval @ VSC

My wife's and son's AP approved in Feb. 2004.

I-485/I-765/I-131 RD- 9/25/03
ND-9/28/03
RFE for EAD and AP (photo ID)- 12/29/03
RFE reply sent to VSC -1/6/04
RFE reply recorded in VSC system- 1/7/04
EAD approval for my wife- 1/23/04
AP approval for my wife- 2/13/04
AP approval for our son-2/18/04
My EAD aproval- 2/23/04
My AP - Not yet approved !!!!

Just see that we sent all documents etc. of three of us together and VSC received and recorded them on the same day but they are processing them at different dates!!!!

At last my AP got approved on Feb 26.

it seems it takes about 4 months and 4 days for AP in VSC.
- They are moving slow but steady.

Mine ND 11/10/03
AD expected: 3/15/04 (because feb. only have 29 days :)

u might want to re-consider your prediction.. My ND was 10/02 or so, I canceleld my trip twice already.. I am really giving up on this stupid AP :)
 
Well my AP AND EAD Renewal is pending from llast four months ,my Nd for both AP AND EAD IS SEP 26 2003, i tried all options to get an emergency a.p but failed all the times .

Is this also at VSC? My AP/EAD (first application) ND is 09/27/2003. Still waiting for mine.......

I think this is just adding to the frustration of everyone.........

Mine is VSC and today i was approved for my second ead .My ND FOR EAD AND AP WAS SEP26 2003 ,Still waiting for my AP approval.
 
Hi all ,
My Second AP was approved on firday .Now i can go to india which i was planning from last december, i postponed my trip three times , i wish u all will get yours in time.

VSC: My EAD AND AP RD: 23 SEP 2003,
EAD AD: 2 MARCH 2004,
AP AD : 5 MARCH 2004.
