My sister is a software engineer , single. Has a work permit to UK but project got postponed, she applied for visitors visa to US for 2 weeks vacation time, mainly for a change and to accompany my MIL in her flight so she reaches safely.
She got rejected becoz she didn't have income tax form, no rejection stamp in passport..she wants to try again.
My doubt is
1) one of my friend says if she gets rejected again, if she does get a job opportunity here in US later in a yr or 2, she will have problems coming here if she gets her visitors visa rejected..and passport says its rejected..wondering how they are related...is this true?
is it difficult to get work permit to US if visitors visa gets rejected twice?
2) Another doubt is if she does get married to someone working here, will this rejection create problems in getting a dependent visa (in case she doesn't get a job easily)??
Her future is more important than a 2 weeks trip...
From my sister's viewpoint she says they are two different types of visa it wouldn't matter, i still want to confirm.
Could u please help and give some info please.
Any help/tip is appreciated.should we take a risk and apply for her visitor visa again?
