Did any one with a received date around 10/18/2001 talk to IIO recently? I called VSC and got through after 1 hour wait. The IIO was nice. Told me my case has not even been assigned to an officer. Any one's case got at least assigned? My EAC # is EAC-02-053-xxxxx
