any processing time consistency ?

In excels attached, I have seen I-140 being approved in 2,3,6,9 up to 12 months. Is there any rule or consistency pattern, which tells how much time it takes to get I-140 approved ? (assume all are under professional/skilled category, EB2/EB3)

You are seeing it first handed...getting approvals from anywhere from within 2 weeks to 15 or more months.

No nothing. Believe in your luck....pure luck for any VSC processing. No stats work, at least for now.

I got lucky just after 10 months...But many out there waiting much more than that.

Whenever I see ur case got approved for I-140 EB2 (for ND:1/25/03), I tend to get some hopes for my case too (Eb2, ND :1/24/03 pending).....Where did you borrowed luck from ? I need some too
